Dear Happy Time Parents,The Board of Directors is excited to announce that we have hired an interim director. Janet Lacey is originally from the Shellsburg area and graduated from the Vinton-Shellsburg School District. Janet comes to Happy Time with 18 years experience in the childcare field with expertise in early childhood education and child care supervision and management. Janet is dedicated to quality early childhood education and is very excited to meet the staff, parents and children at Happy Time.
Janet will be working from 7-11am on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. She will be working 1:30-5:30 on Tuesday.
