How to Enroll

1. Call our Director at 319-472-4840 to set up a tour and interview.

2. Schedule an appointment with your child's doctor for a pre-enrollment physical.

3. Pay the annual registration fee:  $25 for the first child, $15 for each additional.

4. Set up a payment plan with the Director.  Happy Time does accept Block Grant and Promise Job payments. 
   Also, qualifying families that cannot afford full tuition can apply for our scholarship program.

* Happy Time reserves the right to place children in rooms according to development.

Blue Room Rate Information:  Blocks I & II include early dismissals, snow days and no service days at no additional costs.  Block III adds also Christmas breaks, spring breaks and summer breaks.

Part Time Tuition:  $30 for 1/2 day (4 consecutive hours or less)
                               $60 for full day (more than 4 consecutive hours)

Emergency Back-Up Childcare:  $10.00/hour 
*Need to call ahead, spots not guaranteed

Discounts:  2nd child - 15%
                   3rd child  - 5%

Vacations:  If a child is not in attendance due to a family vacation or other obligations, regular tuition is still due the Monday prior to the vacation.  No discounts will be given for absences.
