To provide a high quality, safe, nurturing environment for children in which all families
are supported so that they can learn and grow together.

 

State Licensed

Happy Time Child Development Center is fully licensed by the State of Iowa and is inspected annually by the Iowa Depart of Social Services and the Iowa State Fire Marshall.

Happy Time teachers are all trained in CPR, First Aid and Universal Precautions (the practice of hand washing, usage of gloves, etc.) and teachers are required to take child development classes each year.
